Q. How does it work?

A. DublinHost is a 360-degree partner. We will take full care of your property, managing all aspects of Airbnb advertisement, cleaning, reservation, check-in, communicaiton etc. We are completely independent in our work however you get shared access to the Airbnb account.

 

Q. Do you have experience in renting short-term?

A. We have years of experience working in the hospitality and Airbnb sector. Our reservation manager has a MSc in Hospitality Management and a MSc in Finance. We have been working on many different apartments and houses in different location in and around Dublin, dealing with a massive amount of guests. We definitely know what it takes to make it work for you.

 

Q. Where do you operate?

A. We mainly operate in Dublin city centre however we are open to consider properties in different locations.

 

Q. Is there any setup costs?

A. No: although it requirs extra work from our side, there is no charge to launch your airbnb. Minimum terms is normally 3 months.

 

Q. I have never user Airbnb or Booking.com, is it a problem?

A. No: you do not need to do it, we can take care of it on your behalf. We are here to put our knowledge and expertise at work for your benefit.

 

Q. What's in there for me?

A. Our experience in the short-term rental market allows us to enhance your reviews, set higher prices with a consistent occupancy. This enables us to generate a much higher revenue than you would do by youself. You would do nothing yet earning more money.

 

Q. How much notice do you need to start?

A. We can start immediately. We sign a contract, get professional pictures done and set-up your account in a few days.
