Based on current legislation, apartments located in a Rent Pressure Zone (RPZ) can be legally rented on Airbnb as long as each guest stay a minimum of 15 days each time.
The level of service and guest support provided is the same as per the short-term management service.

STR Consultancy
We provide a consultation that will enable you to better market your Airbnb listing in Ireland. We go through all areas of interest in terms of listing management, pricing strategy, communication and improvements to your property.
